Portlaw is a village on the Clodiagh River, about 18 km west of Waterford City, and it is on our delivery list. We deliver, set up and collect bouncy castles, combo castles, obstacle courses and inflatable games in the village and the townlands around it.
Portlaw was laid out in the 1800s around a cotton mill run by the Malcomson family, which is why its streets spread out from the square in a pattern you rarely see in an Irish village. Close by, Kilmeadan and Butlerstown towards the city, Fiddown across the Suir in County Kilkenny, and Carrick-on-Suir to the north-west are also on our delivery list.
The 30ft Party Time Fun Run with Slide is a good middle option. It is longer than a combo castle but shorter than our 41ft and 45ft courses, and it suits smaller spaces.
For a standard back garden, our combos are the smallest bouncy castles we hire. The Colourful Combi and the Premier League 3D Combi are about 16ft x 15ft, and the Large Combi Bouncy Castle is about 16ft x 17ft with a front-facing 8ft slide, made for ages 3 to 10.
If you are planning a bigger gathering, the 45ft Crocodile Obstacle Course is 45ft x 12ft and keeps older children busy.
Measure the length and width of your lawn before you choose. The combos need roughly 16ft x 15ft to 16ft x 17ft, and the 45ft courses need 45ft x 12ft. If you are unsure, send a photo of the space on WhatsApp to 085 787 2401 and we will say what fits.
Every unit is suitable indoors on a hard surface as well as outdoors on grass, so a hall is an option for a winter birthday or a wet communion day. For a party over two days, multi-day hire is available at a discount. Compare the hall's floor space and ceiling height with the size on the unit page first.
You can check availability and book online at any time and get instant confirmation, or call or WhatsApp us 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm. On the day we deliver, set up and anchor the unit, then collect it afterwards. All units are PIPA tested, fully insured, and cleaned and sanitised before every hire, and we are members of BIHA TIPE.
